Our facility includes numerous features. Our barns are made of wood, and most of our paddocks are
enclosed by wooden fences. Other features include:

- Thirty 12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats
- 2 wash stalls
- 2 wash pads
- 50' diameter round pen
- One 76 x 156 arena with bluestone footing
- One 150 x 250 outdoor arena with sand footing, lights, and jumps
- Trailer parking is plentiful and free of charge
- Locked tack rooms in each barn
- Hundreds of acres to ride on including our cross country field

Our place is shown here from one of the trails. The trailers are the white specks to the left of
the pond. Our biggest barn is what you see. The sand arena is also to the left of the pond but is barely
visible with a hill partially hiding it.

The full boarding rate is $400/mo and includes:
- Two feedings of grain and supplemental hay a day
- A mucking of each stall daily
- Turn-out in the mornings and turn-in in the evenings during winter
(Yes we do rotate, so vice-versa in the summer)
- Blanketing when needed
The field boarding rate is $250 and the fields include run-in sheds
